Shipping Policy

We offer various United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options to all 50 States in the U.S., including Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, & all APO/FPO/Other military addresses. We also offer international shipping to most countries around the world. (details are explained below)

Order Fulfillment

We process all in-stock orders from Monday-Friday (excluding U.S. holidays). Tracking number emails may be sent before the order has left our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours after receiving a tracking number for it to update. Orders placed after 12pm MST, local Arizona time, may be shipped next day.

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major U.S. holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout. Custom finishes will add additional processing time of around 1 week.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product’s page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

USPS National Shipping Time Frames

USPS First-Class Mail (Economy) (est. 1-14 business days*): Prices are based on the combined weight of items in cart. Rates begin at $2.61 and increase per additional ounce, for a maximum total of 13 oz. Tracking included.

USPS Priority Mail (Priority) (est. 1-3 business days*): $6 flat rate with USPS small flat rate box. Tracking included and $50 insurance included.

Please Note: The USPS does not guarantee estimated transit time of shipments. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control packages may not arrive on the date which appears in the USPS tracking system. Unfortunately, because of unexpected service delays we cannot guarantee delivery/transit times.

*Estimated transit times do not include the time it takes for us to process your order.

International Shipping Time Frames

Shipping rates and available services may vary based on package weight and country of destination.

Globegistics with Tracking (est. 7-15+ business days*): Prices vary based on package weight and country of destination. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service. Trackable & insured against transit loss/damage.*

Globegistics without Tracking (est. 7-25+ business days*): Prices vary based on package weight and country of destination. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service. Tracking & package insurance is not included or offered with this option . Please note, we are not responsible for replacing lost or damaged packages if you choose this method at checkout.

DHL Express Worldwide (est. 1-3 business days*): Prices vary based on country of destination. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service. Trackable & insured against transit loss/damage.

*Insurance only covers if a shipment is damaged or lost in transit with the tracking. If an item is marked as delivered and you do not actually receive the item, you will have to contact your local postal system in order to track down the package and file a claim with them.

Customs and Duties

Each country determines their own import laws and regulations, and unfortunately we do not have the ability to determine or quote any import fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs.

Our international shipping rates do not include any import taxes, customs duties or fees that may arise when a shipment reaches the destination country.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As per U.S. Federal Law, we cannot and do not misrepresent package(s) as “Gift” or devalue the total retail cost of a product(s) to avoid customs & duties fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic & international shipping charges. Additionally, we do not refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, plus any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes incurred by us on your behalf, as well as any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

The recipient of merchandise is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate address information, determined undeliverable, or declined at customs, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer assumes shipping costs associated with re-shipping of merchandise prior to re-shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for packaged seized by customs.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject “Your Spinetic Fidget Spinners order from (date order was place) is complete” is then sent directly to the email address provided by you during checkout.

Please check your email’s “spam” folders if you did not receive a tracking number.

For all USPS shipping options, please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking information to update or begin to show movement in the USPS automated tracking system.

Free Shipping

We offer different “Free Shipping” promotions throughout the year. If an order minimum is required to qualify for free shipping, the shopping cart subtotal, after discounts & excluding taxes (AZ residents only) must meet the minimum required dollar amount to qualify.

Free Shipping promotions are valid for U.S. orders, including APO/FPO/all military addresses only.

Orders weighing under 13 oz. that qualify for free shipping are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Order Changes/Cancelations

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Fraud Protection Policy

All transactions are subject to verification and review by Spinetic Spinners LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse any transaction, sale, or shipment of order(s) due to suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a shipping or billing address or credit card information is not verifiable.
