Hey everyone, here is a long overdue update about the status of the Angleline Pre-Order we ran the end of April.
Addressing Lack of Communication:
First off I would like to apologize on the lack of updates regarding this pre-order. While we are not terribly off from our original ship date, I should have provided an update prior to the original date passing. Unfortunately we are a small mother and son team here so my time gets pulled around constantly for the day and sometimes our cnc shop just doesn’t have any updates. On top of that my email software that I can use to send updates easily has broken and there have been some other changes behind the scenes that may have contributed to my lack of time in the day recently. I do not want to go on and make excuses though and would rather use this as an opportunity to make a commitment to change.
Moving forward with all future pre-orders, I will be making better use of this news section. Once a pre-order closes I will make a news post announcing it’s closure and every week post an update regardless of any actual update from our cnc shop and just mention whether we are on schedule for our initial ship date or not. I am also going to make better at being available on our live chat feature and answering emails quicker.
Update on the Pre-Orders:
So as for the update regarding the pre-order itself. As of right now we are just waiting on the anodizing to come back. They are expecting the anodizing to finish this weekend. Once they pick them up they will share a photo with us which I will post in the News section on the site. The other metals are already finished. At this point I would assume all units to arrive here in AZ at the end of next week. The good news is I expect the anodized and non custom finished units to be able to go out the same day as they arrive. This being our second time producing this design I am confident our cnc shop did another spectacular job and will not require much to get them out to you.
I know a decent amount of you ordered custom finishes and will do my best to get those out ASAP with most if not all being able to be completed by the weekend after they arrive.
The priority is always the Pre-Orders and once all of them have shipped we will begin working on anything ordered after the original Pre-Order.
International Customers:
I have yet to figure out how to set them up to appear on our website, but if you are interested in upgrading your shipping to UPS or DHL which cost about $40 please let me know.
